About the Role
11 Investments is seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant specializing in qualified finance recruitment. This role involves building and managing client and candidate networks, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and contributing to team targets while promoting the 11 brand.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the finance industry.
- Consistently develop existing and new client relationships, proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
- Manage a full-cycle recruitment process.
- Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
- Manage complex negotiations.
- Work within a team to deliver on individual and team targets.
- Positively promote the 11 brand in the market.
- Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
- Support manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets.
- Proven success working as a 360 recruiter in an agency.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
- Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve personal and team developmental goals.
- Aspires to be a thought leader in their sector.
