About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional operator to manage the top of our sales funnel and establish the engine for bringing Paradigm to market. This role involves identifying target buyers, devising effective outreach strategies, and scheduling qualified meetings that convert into customers. It is designed for a creative and persistent individual who views engaging the right people as a problem to be solved effectively, not a script to be followed. We avoid generic outreach; our product's existence is predicated on its ability to avoid such methods. The optimal demonstration of Paradigm is Paradigm-generated pipeline, utilizing intent signals, relationship intelligence, warm path surfacing, and outreach personalized through genuine research. You will leverage our product to perform your duties and set the standard for outbound sales in a company specializing in outbound intelligence. Your responsibilities will vary weekly as you experiment, identify successful strategies, and develop the operational playbook. As Paradigm expands, this role will evolve, offering opportunities for advancement into full-cycle sales, growth leadership, or broader go-to-market functions.
Responsibilities
- Own the top of the funnel: research accounts, identify the right buyers, and map the executive sponsors and champions worth reaching inside each one.
- Build and run multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls) that gets qualified meetings on the calendar, personalized off real research rather than generic sequences.
- Use Paradigm itself to source intent signals, surface warm paths, and turn relationship intelligence into pipeline.
- Understand each prospect's business and reach the right stakeholders with outreach that actually lands.
- Partner with AEs and cross-functional teammates to open new opportunities and push them forward.
- Consistently hit monthly meeting and opportunity targets, and feed what you learn back into product, marketing, and the broader playbook.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or growth role, ideally selling a technical product
- Exceptional written communication with the ability to make a technical product feel relevant to any buyer—technical or not.
- Relentless self-direction and a strong sense of ownership over the top of the funnel
- High comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a still-forming playbook
- A genuine builder's instinct, energized by a clever intent signal or a new outbound play, and comfortable operating tools deeply rather than running a rote sequence
- Track record of consistently hitting or beating meeting and pipeline targets, with specifics you can walk us through
