About the Role
This 12-month maximum term contract role supports the Asset Management Australia business within People & Culture, partnering with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives. The PAC Business Partner will manage the full employee lifecycle, advising leaders and implementing practical people solutions to enhance performance, engagement, and organizational capability.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to provide advice and coaching across performance, engagement, and employee relations.
- Support end-to-end people processes including talent, succession, remuneration, and development.
- Translate business needs into practical people strategies and initiatives.
- Deliver people programs that strengthen capability and organisational performance.
- Contribute to firmwide People & Culture initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support junior PAC team members.
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships and collaborate with Centres of Excellence.
Requirements
- Experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally in financial services or professional services.
- Strong generalist HR capability across the employee lifecycle.
- Commercially minded with the ability to align people outcomes to business needs.
- Confident engaging, coaching, and influencing senior leaders.
- Proven ability to build relationships across teams and functions.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, psychology, or similar.
- Experience with remuneration or compensation frameworks is advantageous.
