About the Role
Support and lead consulting commissions, taking responsibility for client engagement and team leadership for both our clients and team.
Responsibilities
- Support team leadership in NSW advisory, providing technical consulting and advisory knowledge.
- Provide support to our multi-disciplinary team.
- Build, maintain, and win a pipeline of planned advisory and consulting services.
- Act as a day-to-day management consultant, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
- Produce clear, concise, and persuasive client-facing reports or deliverables.
- Support the management and build-up of the advisory/consulting team in NSW and Australia/New Zealand.
- Provide complementary services such as commercial and procurement management, project management, cost management, contract services, and program management.
- Lead complex organizational transformations, leveraging strategic vision, change management, and stakeholder engagements.
- Deploy techniques to deliver improvements to client operations, including process re-engineering, visual analytics, organizational change, and stakeholder management.
- Develop key client data insight and visualization reports to drive enhanced performance.
- Develop program/portfolio management systems to improve delivery reporting and assure client investments.
- Support the development of consulting and advisory sales opportunities and convert them through high-quality bid writing.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10+ years consulting and advisory experience.
- Experience in delivering capital projects, programs, and/or portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary consultancy team environment and individually.
- Client-focused and service-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience working for a consultancy organization.
