About the Role
As a Senior Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead one of Hype DC's elevated and iconic stores, accelerating your retail career with exposure to product, sales, and leadership development. You will be hands-on, people-focused, and drive the store and yourself to the next level, ensuring every customer leaves hyped.
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a high-energy retail team
- Driving sales, KPIs and store performance
- Delivering next-level customer experiences
- Coaching and developing team members
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Executing visual merchandising and keeping the store looking sharp
- Managing rosters, wages and daily operations
- Supporting online order fulfilment and omni-channel services
- Creating a safe, inclusive and fun space for both customers and crew
Requirements
- Retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / Senior Supervisor level)
- Someone hungry to grow into a Store Manager role
- Strong people skills, you know how to hype a team and hold them accountable
- A customer-first mindset with a proven ability to hit targets
- Confident communicator with natural leadership energy
- Organised, proactive and ready to make things happen
