Responsibilities
- Empower clients to return to safe, meaningful, and sustainable work.
- Focus on quality client interactions.

- Motivate, encourage, and guide clients toward sustainable employment and long-term independence.
Requirements
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation or return-to-work support is preferred.
- Solid understanding of injury management, vocational assessments, employment pathways, and client-led goal setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to build trust with clients, employers, healthcare providers, and insurers.
- Strong problem-solving capability.
- Confidence navigating complex return-to-work situations.
