About the Role

We are seeking an IT professional to serve as the trusted IT partner for Country sales, project, and service functions in Japan. This role involves detailed roadmap and budget forecasting for relevant IT systems, ensuring ERP systems evolve with business needs, and providing visibility on ERP change requests and projects. You will also liaise with and support regional and global IT/cyber security initiatives and manage key business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed roadmaps and budget forecasts for country-relevant IT systems.
Ensure ERP systems evolve in alignment with business evolution.
Provide visibility on ERP change requests and projects.
Liaise with and support regional and global IT/cyber security initiatives and projects.
Manage key business stakeholders, including country president, managers, or key users.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in SAP PS/CS (or FI/CO/SD) support/projects with a background in business processes.
Understanding of business processes or ERP knowledge is mandatory.
Experience in requirement definition with ERP knowledge.
Ability to rapidly understand business requirements in product sales ordering or project sales execution related areas and propose solutions and quotations.
Comfortable working with remote teams with diverse backgrounds.
IT management with people management skills are a significant plus.
