About the Role
We are seeking a Product Application Engineer (PAE) for Industrial Automation in Japan. This role involves providing technical support to industrial customers in their digitalization efforts using our products. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to industry in general as a pre-sales professional.
- Utilize a solution-oriented approach incorporating hardware, operational, and information technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Sales and execution teams, to secure regional and business unit deals.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Report to the Sales Engineering Manager.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a technical engineer in machine solutions.
- Agile mindset with a willingness to learn through trial and error.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage daily activities.
