About the Role
Provides administrative, coordinating, and monitoring functions to counsel, support, and aid individuals with Mental Illnesses and Chemical Addiction in skills and activities of daily living. Strives to create a healing environment that respects diverse perspectives and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assists in providing information and site visit coordination.
- Monitors medication management.
- Coordinates transportation.
- Completes household ordering and purchasing.
- Completes apartment/room inspections.
- Assists in the orientation, training/education, and coordination of staff schedules.
- Assists team members with service plan development and implementation.
- Practices safe, respectful communication.
- Respects individuals’ boundaries and differences.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with five (5) years of relevant experience or an associate degree in human services or related field with three (3) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One (1) year of residential experience preferred.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License.
