About the Role

This role involves market and location analysis, presentation creation, property viewings, contract preparation, cost calculation support, data room maintenance, and participation in internal training.

Responsibilities

• Ausarbeitung von Markt- und Standortanalysen sowie Objektdaten
• Anfertigung von Präsentationen und Exposés
• Organisation und Durchführung von Objektbesichtigungen mit Dienstleistern und Mietinteressenten
• Vorbereitung verschiedener Projektverträge
• Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation von Ankäufen, Mieten und Baukosten u.ä.
• Pflege von Datenräumen
• Teilnahme an internen Schulungen (BEOS Academy)

Requirements

• You are studying business or engineering, real estate management, architecture, urban planning, or similar and want to gain practical experience.
• You are looking for a career change and are interested in real estate, especially the transformation of corporate real estate.
• You bring commitment and a sense of responsibility.
• You work independently and enjoy teamwork.
