About the Role
We require an experienced, qualified tutor to teach our accredited NCFE Photography courses and community learning photography courses in the evenings and during the daytime. You will be a practicing professional photographer or tutor and have relevant knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities
- Teach accredited NCFE Photography courses
- Teach community learning photography courses in the evenings and during the daytime
Requirements
- Practicing professional photographer or tutor with relevant knowledge and skills
- Qualified in subject with a teaching or training qualification, Level 3 Award in Education & Training / Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTTLS) or equivalent as a minimum
- Tutors without relevant teacher training qualifications or qualified teacher status (DTLLS or equivalent) will be required to work towards the relevant qualifications
- Demonstrate fully how you meet each criteria in the person specification
- Include specific examples of relevant experience, skills and knowledge as evidence
- Subject to an Enhanced DBS check

Salary/Compensations
- Band 1, Pts 3 to 8 - £25.52 to £32.05 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Starting pay is £25.52 to 26.82 per hour (including holiday pay), depending on teaching qualification and experience
- Tutors holding the equivalent to a Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training / Certificate in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS) or above, start at £26.82 (including holiday pay) per hour
