About the Role

In this role, you will monitor and control the aircraft's ground operations, ensuring operational safety, risk management, resource coordination, and compliance with service procedures and standards, as well as established times and itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability, operational condition, and correct assignment of personnel, GSE equipment, and other resources required for the safe and efficient servicing of the aircraft.
• Verify, before, during, and after flight servicing, that the assigned position is free of FOD, obstructions, and unsafe conditions for platform maneuvers and operations.
• Ensure the execution of pre-loading briefings, validating scheduling, priorities, operational risks, and special flight conditions, and confirm that authorized cargo corresponds to what is physically present on the platform and meets identification, labeling, and packaging requirements.
• Verify and execute the 360° aircraft check upon arrival and departure, prior to equipment attachment and after detachment.
• Ensure compliance with the marshalling plan and the correct execution of positioning, approach, attachment, and movement of GSE equipment.
• Monitor and ensure the complete loading and unloading of cargo and baggage, guaranteeing its correct handling and distribution according to the Load Instruction Report (LIR) and cargo priorities, as well as the correct reading, traceability, and handling of baggage.
• Verify that the refueling process is executed in accordance with established procedures and safety conditions.
• Evaluate and monitor the correct provision of complementary services associated with flight servicing, including, where applicable for long transits, interior aircraft cleaning.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in airport ramp operations or related areas.
• Desirable, but not disqualifying: Experience in operational auditing or quality control.

Skills

• Comprehensive ground aircraft servicing and safe use of equipment (GSE).
• Platform operational safety and risk management.
• Cargo, baggage, and flight operational services handling.
