About the Role

Oversee a team of Technicians in delivering preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems for multiple facilities. Ensure work is performed according to established processes and compliant with all internal and external requirements, including environmental, health and safety, and fire protection. Perform and deliver maintenance services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of individual contributors.
  • Assign, prioritize, and monitor work progress to ensure completion and adherence to timeliness and quality standards.
  • Review work for completeness and accuracy, ensuring quality adherence.
  • Guide, coach, and train direct reports.
  • Provide input for performance reviews.
  • Oversee and monitor the activities and performance of Technicians within assigned facilities.
  • Ensure activities are performed according to established processes and internal/external requirements.
  • Oversee the proper application and execution of processes and practices.
  • Oversee and perform facility, mechanical, and electrical equipment and systems monitoring and inspection, preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • Provide observations and recommendations for facility equipment and systems.
  • Oversee and maintain building mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
  • Respond to routine and on-demand service requests.
  • Oversee the maintenance of work order records within the service management database.
  • Initiate documents to obtain formal approval of work required.
  • Coordinate and assist in the implementation of the preventative maintenance program.
  • Ensure deficiencies are identified, recorded, escalated, and documentation is maintained.
  • Coordinate and participate in facility-related projects.
  • Oversee and maintain all assigned tools and arrange for repair/replacement.
  • Submit all expenditures on a timely basis.
  • Provide, participate in, and support training, safety meetings, operational meetings, and toolbox talks.
  • Assist in enhancing tenant and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work shifts, be on-call, and be available to respond to emergencies.
  • Must be willing to wear personal protective equipment.
  • Must be able and willing to drive to and perform work at multiple sites.
  • Must meet enhanced security clearance requirements.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
