Nurse Residency Programs are designed to equip new nurses with the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors for a successful career start. Participants will engage with experienced professionals through classes, skills sessions, and precepted clinical experiences to ensure safe and confident patient care.
Responsibilities
- Engage with experienced nurses, nurse educators, and subject matter experts.
- Participate in classes, hands-on skills sessions, and precepted clinical experiences.
- Provide quality patient care safely and confidently.
- Facilitate patient care experiences and provide direct supervision of care.
- Demonstrate skills and behaviors at the bedside.
Requirements
- May 2026 Graduates are eligible to apply.
- LPN experience is required for the Resource Pool.
