About the Role
Pursuit is seeking a Community Development Associate to manage the day-to-day recruitment funnel, lead information sessions and workshops, and ensure a positive applicant experience from initial contact through enrollment. This role focuses on executing the recruitment strategy, driving applicant volume and conversion, and achieving enrollment targets.
Responsibilities
- Own the recruitment funnel, driving applicant volume and conversion to meet enrollment targets.
- Track applicant and enrollment data, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for real-time funnel health monitoring.
- Plan and lead information sessions and workshops for prospective Builders.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and execution.
- Continuously refine the information session experience based on conversion data.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective Builders throughout the admissions process.
- Ensure timely, warm, and persistent follow-up with all applicants.
- Coordinate tailored outreach communications via email, text, and social media.
- Utilize AI tools to automate routine recruitment and admissions tasks.
- Identify and propose opportunities to streamline the enrollment process using AI.
- Experiment with new AI-powered tools to enhance funnel efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, admissions, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- A strong desire to own performance metrics and achieve targets.
- Comfort and confidence in leading group presentations and information sessions.
- High level of organization and attention to detail with strong follow-through.
- Proficiency in working with data and spreadsheets for performance tracking.
- Clear, warm communication skills to effectively engage with applicants.
- Curiosity about AI and eagerness to leverage AI tools for efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
