About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking Senior Project Managers to work on a broad range of projects and programmes in Aviation, Roads, Rail, Telecommunications, and Utilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects and programmes across the project lifecycle.
- Deliver to client objectives.
- Manage contracts.
- Lead and develop project teams on large projects or programmes.
- Manage financial aspects and project controls.
- Ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
- Develop teams and lead others in challenging environments.
- Manage stakeholders effectively.
- Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Solve complex problems and shape workable solutions.
- Work under pressure and motivate others.
- Manage several work streams simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with senior client representatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience of infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
- Experience of aviation infrastructure project management.
- Experience of procurement and managing NEC contracts.
- Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects.
- Experience of consultancy or client-side project management.
- Familiarity with public sector organisations, non-departmental or arm’s length bodies relevant to infrastructure.
