About the Role
We are seeking Senior Project Managers with NEC3 and NEC4 accreditation to support clients in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects. This role involves industry leadership and mentoring future project managers, contributing to the delivery of complex projects and programmes.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in delivering a wide range of high-profile projects across Infrastructure.
- Act as a leader in the industry and help mentor and develop the future generation of Project Managers.
- Deliver a diverse range of highly complex projects and programmes.
- Manage projects and programmes in Aviation, Roads, Rail, Telecommunications, and Utilities.
- Administer NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts.
- Lead, manage, and develop project teams on large projects or programmes.
Requirements
- Significant experience of infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
- Experience in project management principles.
- Experience in delivering to client objectives.
- Experience in contract management.
- Experience in leadership and teamwork.
- Experience in financial management and project controls.
- Experience in health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
- Significant experience of administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts in a named Project Manager role or concluded a representative role in the last 12 months.
- Excellent leadership skills, capable of developing teams and leading others in challenging environments or in ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Ability to quickly understand complex problems and shape workable solutions.
