About the Role

We are looking for high calibre Associate Directors who are NEC3 and NEC4 accredited Project Managers to join our expanding team. You will support clients in delivering a wide range of high-profile projects across Infrastructure, acting as a leader in the industry and mentoring future Project Managers. You will help make a difference with our clients in delivering a diverse range of highly complex projects and programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on a broad range of projects and programmes across public and private sectors including Aviation, Highways, Rail, Environment, Utilities, and many more.
  • Manage multiple disciplines, teams, advisors, and clients on infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle.
  • Administer NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts in a named Project Manager role or a concluded representative role within the last 12 months.
  • Set high standards and manage performance, utilizing people and resources efficiently to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead and be accountable for the health, safety, and wellbeing of those within your sphere of responsibility.
  • Apply practical understanding of CDM appropriately across teams.
  • Anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions, innovating as necessary, through depth of understanding of stakeholder needs sustainably.
  • Promote inclusive teamwork, building and fostering trust with empathy, driving a ‘one business’ collaboration mindset within T&T and across clients.
  • Foster client and industry partnerships, developing and growing relationships.
  • Use leadership skills and influence to bring purpose and vision to life, expanding impact.
  • Coach and mentor others, encouraging development of people around you, and demonstrating a thirst for learning to develop best practice.
  • Spot, harness, and nurture emerging potential.

Requirements

  • Significant experience managing multiple disciplines / teams / advisors / clients on infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients.
  • Proven and demonstrable success, and able to challenge / set strategy.
  • Significant experience of administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts where you are currently engaged in a named Project Manager role, or have concluded a representative role in the last 12 months.
  • Excellent leadership skills, capable of setting high standards and managing performance against these, utilising people and resources efficiently to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Able to succeed in ambiguous and challenging environments.
  • Leads and is accountable for the health, safety, and wellbeing of those within your sphere of responsibility.
  • Has a practical understanding of CDM and is able to apply this appropriately across teams.
  • Ability to anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions, innovating as necessary, through your depth of understanding of stakeholder needs and can do this sustainably.

  • Professional affiliation with the APM, ICE, or an equivalent professional institution.
  • Project management certification (e.g. APM / PRINCE2 / MSP / ChPP).
  • CSCS / equivalent.
  • Sustainability (e.g. Carbon Literacy).
  • Safety qualifications / accreditations.
  • Soft skills / leadership certification.
