About the Role
Senior Project Controls Engineers work as part of our project controls team on high profile, high value infrastructure projects, providing performance reporting and analysis support. This may be part of a large team or as the key day to day contact point with the client.
Responsibilities
- Develop work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines.
- Establish progress and cost monitoring methods.
- Produce project control reports.
- Provide performance analysis and recommendations for clients.
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding/experience of earned value, progress updating, cost control, change control, baseline management, reporting, and P6 environment.
- Numerate and computer literate.
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with planning software such as Primavera.
- Familiar with utilizing reporting databases.
- Familiar with financial/procurement systems such as Oracle and SAP.
- Familiar with web-based project control tools.
- Proactive, self-starters with well-developed communications and analytical skills.
