About the Role

This role is crucial for maintaining the stability and continuity of payment systems by protecting them from service-impacting incidents. You will be responsible for resolving irregular issues, driving automation to enhance productivity, and creating useful tools. You will also act as a substitute for the operations leader when necessary and collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of payment systems.

Responsibilities

Protect payment systems from service-impacting incidents to ensure service continuity.
Resolve irregular issues.
Promote automation to increase productivity.
Create useful tools independently.
Act as a substitute for the operations leader when absent.
Collaborate with other departments for the maintenance and operation of payment systems.
Establish procedures for routine operations, general incident response, and acceptance of new routine tasks for the operations team.

Requirements

Over 30 people project manager experience.
Mission-critical system operation experience.
Service operation (application-focused) experience.
Efficiency improvement and optimization of routine tasks.

Skills

Leadership and ability to oversee the entire team, with attention to members.
Issue and problem management.
Ability to identify problems, create improvement plans, and manage/promote their execution.
Ability to plan and execute tasks with team members.
Ability to organize situations during incidents, communicate effectively with others, and collaborate on problem-solving.
Report creation.
Ability to explain logically to customers.
Visualization (quantification) of operations.
Practical experience with Windows, Linux (RH series) for over 5 years.
Ability to read simple Shell Scripts.
Ability to read SQL statements.
Basic knowledge of networks (packet capture, security, etc.).
Ability to understand and participate in discussions with the development team regarding WebLogic thread counts, file descriptors, session counts, etc.
