About the Role

DXC Luxoft is seeking a senior Japanese Solution Lead to join their DXC Japan team, focusing on the technology aspects of business development and project execution with automotive clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the technology aspect of relationships with Japanese Automotive accounts, including OEMs, Tier-1s, and SOC vendors.
• Support Sales and Delivery teams in understanding customer technology needs and staying updated on DXC Luxoft solutions.
• Define overlaps between customer business needs and DXC Luxoft services in areas like Software Factory, In-Vehicle Infotainment, Autonomous Drive, and Connected Mobility.
• Manage customer technology expectations for specific opportunities.
• Lead and actively participate in proposal creation.
• Understand market technology trends and contribute to Luxoft's global solution strategy.
• Provide suggestions to Global Solutions organization for offering adjustments based on trends and customer needs.
• Identify partnership opportunities with other companies for mutual benefit.
• Support the Sales team in developing and updating business and account development plans.
• Ensure proposal development and opportunity-related activities align with DXC Luxoft's sales process.

Requirements

• Strong background in Automotive domains such as Autonomous Drive, Connected Car, and In-Vehicle Infotainment.
• Good understanding of software solutions and standards for vehicle electronics systems.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural international environment.
