About the Role

This position will lead the conception, design, development, and implementation of core systems (production management, procurement management, sales management, inventory management, etc.) for manufacturing industry clients (automotive, high-tech, heavy industry, chemical, etc.). We can handle solutions from our partners as well as various other companies. Collaboration with overseas DXC and its subsidiaries (Luxoft, etc.) allows for the provision of global solutions and services to clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of core systems for the manufacturing industry (production/procurement/sales/inventory management, etc.).
Define business requirements, system requirements, and perform basic and functional design.
Manage projects, including progress, quality, and issue tracking.
Negotiate with clients, organize business challenges, and propose solutions.
Support projects and implement solutions in collaboration with global development sites (e.g., DXC overseas offshore teams).

Requirements

Experience in at least one system development project within the following business domains for manufacturing industry clients: production management, procurement management, sales management, or inventory management.
Experience in the following phases of a project: business requirements definition, system requirements definition, basic design/functional design.
Candidates lacking requirements definition experience may be considered.
Coding experience is not a mandatory requirement.
