About the Role
As a Project Manager/Leader, you will be responsible for migrating customer systems from legacy environments to open environments such as Red Hat and Azure.

- Lead project teams of 5 or more people.
- Negotiate with clients regarding proposals, estimates, scope, and project baselines.
- Manage projects within highly public systems or core business systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal/external organizations.
- Possess knowledge or experience with legacy systems (COBOL, JCL) or open environments (Red Hat, Azure).
- Lead large-scale projects as a project leader.
- Experience with projects utilizing offshore resources is a plus.
- Experience in basic design, internal design, and test specification creation.
- Communicate smoothly with clients and internal/external related organizations.
Requirements
- Project management experience with teams of 50+ or 10+ people.
- Experience negotiating with clients on proposals, estimates, scope, and project baselines.
- Project management experience in highly public systems or core business systems (industry not specified).
- Ability to communicate smoothly with clients and internal/external related organizations.
- Knowledge or experience with legacy systems (COBOL, JCL) OR open environments (Red Hat, Azure).
- Experience as a project leader in large-scale projects.
- Experience with projects utilizing offshore resources is preferred.
- Business English proficiency is preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience as a leader of a project team of 5 or more people.
- Project leader experience or aspiration in highly public systems or core business systems (industry not specified).
- 4+ years of development experience in one of the following technical areas: design skills (basic design to internal design and test specification creation).
- Ability to communicate smoothly with clients and internal/external related organizations.
- Experience with projects utilizing offshore resources is preferred.
