About the Role
As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at store entrance doors. You will focus on deterring loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function. You will work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution.

Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, within a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.
