About the Role
Join our Wellbeing Hub in London Liverpool St as a Keyholder, focusing on providing exceptional customer experiences aligned with our brand values. We seek individuals passionate about health and beauty who thrive in a team environment and can adapt positively to change.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times in store to inspire wellbeing
- Drive forward sales and company objectives
- Assist the team and Store Manager with daily tasks
- Proactively contribute to the wellbeing of our planet & our people
- Work on initiative and be super proactive
- Maintain company standards at all times
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld
Requirements
- Previous retail experience (within a health/beauty environment is desirable)
- Self motivator and be able to maintain impeccable standards in store
- Deep affinity of NEOM Wellbeing and its values with a keen interest in wellbeing
- Confident communicator - treat everyone with honesty, kindness and respect
- Able to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Capable in Excel and Microsoft Suite
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- The ability to work retail hours - which can include weekends and evenings
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
- Late nights may be required
