About the Role
As a Systems Engineer - IAM at Kinetic IT, you will be a crucial element in driving the improvement and success of our Identity Access Management environment, becoming a subject matter expert in Saviynt. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with customer stakeholders, ensuring solutions exceed expectations. We seek a forward-thinking individual passionate about technology, innovation, and seamless integration, with experience in IGA platforms like Saviynt, EntraID, and on-prem Active Directory.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience within Saviynt IGA, including application onboarding.
- Review data workflows in/out of Saviynt and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide quality end-user experiences by ensuring timely completion of onboarding/offboarding and access change requests.
- Utilize scripting, development, or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Provide considered input for access governance, identity lifecycle, and least privilege principles.
- Contribute to service strategies, incident response, and technical change management across IAM products.
Requirements
- Professional certification or formal studies in the Saviynt Platform, IGA concepts, Azure AD/IAM, or related technologies.
- Demonstrable proficiency in IGA platforms, Saviynt preferred.
- Proven hands-on experience with Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
- Strong technical acumen with excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and its practical application.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a rotational on-call support capacity.
- Eligible to obtain a National Police Check.
