About the Role
Manage a caseload of adult service users receiving treatment in both GP Shared Care (GPSC) and Primary Care Recovery settings, providing person-centred, evidence-based interventions for OST, alcohol use, non-opiate substance use, and combined needs.
Responsibilities
- Delivering structured 1-to-1 support and harm minimisation advice
- Developing and reviewing personalised recovery plans
- Empowering service users to set and achieve recovery goals safely
- Working collaboratively with GPs, healthcare professionals, and wider social care networks
Requirements
- Experience in substance misuse services or similar support roles is desirable.
Skills
- Able to build positive, professional working relationships
- Skilled in delivering tailored interventions and motivational support
- Keen to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams

Salary/Compensations
- £28,690 - £34,730
