About the Role
As a Field Service Technician (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in advancing sustainable energy solutions. Your expertise and technical skills will be used to commission, maintain, and troubleshoot our heat pumps, ensuring customer satisfaction in the Salzwedel, Stendal, and Wittenberge regions.
Responsibilities
- Commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and system operators.
- Service-oriented consultation of customers from heating companies via phone and on-site.
- Support colleagues in technical field service in the extended area of your deployment region.
- Participate in on-call duty to provide prompt assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Technically proficient with a passion for heating solutions, high customer orientation, and willingness to travel.
- Completed specialized training as an HVAC mechanic (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer.
- Ideally, further training as a master craftsman or technician.
- Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC technology.
- Possession of Category 1 refrigerant certification; Category 2 is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license Class B.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to embrace the challenge even if not all criteria are met.
