About the Role

As a Field Service Technician (m/w/d), you will play a crucial role in advancing sustainable energy solutions. Your expertise and technical skills will be used to commission, maintain, and troubleshoot our heat pumps, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the energy transition forward.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and system operators.
• Service-oriented consultation of customers from heating companies via phone and on-site.
• Support colleagues in technical field service in the extended area of your deployment.
• On-call duty to provide prompt assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Completed specialized training as an installation mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning (SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer.
• Ideally, further training as a master craftsman or technician.
• Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC technology.
• Possession of a Category 1 refrigeration license; Category 2 is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license class B.
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
