About the Role
As a Field Service Technician for Heat Pumps (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in advancing sustainable energy solutions. Your expertise and technical skills will be used to commission, maintain, and troubleshoot our heat pumps, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to a comfortable living environment.
Responsibilities
- Commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and system operators.
- Service-oriented consultation of heating trade customers via phone and on-site.
- Support colleagues in technical field service within the extended area of your service region.
- Participate in on-call duty to provide prompt assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Completed specialized training as an installation mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning (SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer.
- Ideally, further training as a master craftsman or technician.
- Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC technology.
- Possession of Category 1 refrigeration license; Category 2 is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license, Class B.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel.
