About the Role

We are seeking academics from various fields to teach at our state-recognized substitute schools for social assistance and social pedagogy. Responsibilities

Teaching students aged 16-25, primarily in subjects like Math, Sports, Home Economics, Nursing, German, and more.
Assessing student qualifications and prior knowledge to assign appropriate learning fields.
Supporting students in theory and practice.
Collaborating with subject teachers.
Administering student and course-specific information.

Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree with enrollment in a Master's program (or comparable degree) in fields such as Pedagogy, Social Sciences, Medicine, Sports, Business/Economics, Home Economics, Languages, Communication, or related fields.
Optional: Experience in adult education or in learning field-oriented teaching.
Good industry knowledge.
Empathy, resilience, and social competence.
Teamwork and good communication skills.
