About the Role

We are looking for a senior-level consultant with strong IBM middleware/integration experience, preferably with hands-on experience supporting government taxation, revenue, or audit systems.

Responsibilities

• Technical design, development, maintenance, and end-user support of tax/audit systems.
• Designing Choreography and Orchestration processes using IBM WebSphere Process Server (WPS), IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA/BAW), and IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I).
• Designing, developing, and managing Business Rules Architecture, including Rules Entry UI, Portable Runtime Engine, WPS deployment, Decision Services, and Automation Decision Services (ADS).
• SOA Component Development Architecture using J2EE technologies such as JMS, CTG, IBM EAD4J, JADE, Spring Framework, BPEL, and IBM SCA/SDO.
• System analysis and design for multi-tier transactional systems, including preparation of technical documentation for complex component-based systems.
• Java programming in an IBM development environment using IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD), WebSphere Integration Developer (WID), WebSphere Application Server (WAS), and WebSphere Process Server (WPS).
• Working with Java Messaging Services, including IBM MQ Series and IBM CP4I MQ.
• Working with IBM DB2, including data modeling, logical data models, SQL, and database/application performance tuning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with a Government Taxation or Audit organization.
• 7+ years of experience designing Choreography and Orchestration processes using IBM WebSphere Process Server (WPS), IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA/BAW), and IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I).
• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and managing Business Rules Architecture, including Rules Entry UI, Portable Runtime Engine, WPS deployment, Decision Services, and Automation Decision Services (ADS).
• 7+ years of experience with SOA Component Development Architecture using J2EE technologies such as JMS, CTG, IBM EAD4J, JADE, Spring Framework, BPEL, and IBM SCA/SDO.
• Experience with development and DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitLab, JFrog, and Elastic.
• 7+ years of experience in system analysis and design for multi-tier transactional systems, including preparation of technical documentation for complex component-based systems.
• 7+ years of Java programming experience in an IBM development environment using IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD), WebSphere Integration Developer (WID), WebSphere Application Server (WAS), and WebSphere Process Server (WPS).
• 3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Microservices Architecture.
• 7+ years of experience with Java Messaging Services, including IBM MQ Series and IBM CP4I MQ.
• 7+ years of experience with IBM DB2, including data modeling, logical data models, SQL, and database/application performance tuning.
• U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply.
