Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for customers, owning interactions from start to finish and delivering high-quality, solutions-focused experiences. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer experience by providing insights to drive better experiences across the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support across all contact channels, delivering clear, accurate, and personable communication.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and systems to guide customers to the best solutions.
- Exercise sound judgment when handling complex or sensitive situations, escalating appropriately while maintaining accountability.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and discretion when working with customers’ financial information.
- Contribute to a strong team environment by collaborating, sharing knowledge, and supporting peers.
- Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.
- Consistently meet and exceed high performance standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, call centers, financial services, or other fast-paced professional environments.
- Experience in backgrounds such as executive assistance, office management, retail management, hospitality, healthcare administration, education, and operations are also welcomed.
- High level of personal accountability; ownership of work, follow-through, and delivery of results.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, navigate ambiguity, and resolve complex customer issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills, both with customers and internal teams.
- Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability, including willingness to support other teams and take on responsibilities beyond the core role.
