About the Role
ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, is seeking a detail-oriented and self-reliant Executive Assistant to join their team in Austin. This role offers the opportunity to improve project performance and drive personal success.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings, including travel coordination.
- Conduct research and create PowerPoint presentations as needed.
- Liaise between internal departments, Principals, and other executives.
- Assist with internal business planning and assembly of departmental business plans.
- Perform general records management and document control.
- Handle event registration and planning.
- Manage client relations, including purchasing gifts and planning off-site events.
- Perform Salesforce data entry, report building, and system management.
- Process expense reports.
- Liaise with the property manager regarding building announcements and office maintenance.
- Develop office budgets and manage vendor relationships and negotiations.
- Ensure adequate stock of office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain the presentation of office common spaces, particularly client-facing areas.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proactive management style.
- Ability to manage different personalities.
