About the Role
This program is designed for recent graduates to develop into successful sales executives within the Public Sector Sales team, focusing on providing sustainable energy and infrastructure solutions to clients like school districts, universities, and municipalities.
Responsibilities
- Shadow experienced sales team members in the field.
- Receive comprehensive training on sales presentations.
- Get coaching from industry experts.
- Participate in networking events.
- Gain in-depth training on company offers and solutions.
- Be paired with a mentor, coach, and manager.
- Generate client interest through outreach (as Business Development Representative).
- Identify and build new executive level relationships (as Business Development Representative).
- Qualify opportunities (as Business Development Representative).
- Attend conferences and industry networking events (as Business Development Representative).
- Partner with clients at every stage of the sales cycle (as Sales Account Executive).
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, project management, and client services teams (as Sales Account Executive).
Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional experience and/or completion of an applicable degree (May 2027 graduates strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership in previous organizations or work environment.
- Hardworking, high energy, strategic leader with a competitive spirit.
- Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport easily, identify and solve problems, and drive exceptional results.
- Comfortable with 60% travel within your market.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and access to reliable personal transportation for regular travel between client, campus, or business locations.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis.
