About the Role

This internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the Commercial Marketing Team with project support while gaining valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. The paid internship program offers in-depth project work with cross-functional teams, professional development, job shadowing, and growth opportunities. This role will support the Commercial Business Unit's compliance and sustainability data efforts within the 3E platform, ensuring product data is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

Responsibilities

Audit and clean existing product data in 3E, correcting errors, filling gaps, and standardizing entries across product categories.
Upload and organize part-level data for manual, motorized, and electronics components into 3E, ensuring proper categorization and completeness.
Guide new suppliers through data submission requirements and verify initial uploads to the 3E platform.
Survey textile suppliers to confirm existing data (material composition, compliance certifications, sourcing info) is current and accurate, following up on discrepancies.

Requirements

Previous internship experience in a relevant function preferred.
Pursuing a 4-year degree, preferably at the Sophomore/Junior level.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and attention to detail).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
