About the Role
The Application Engineering Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the Commercial Team with project support while gaining valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program offers in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, professional development, job shadowing, and other growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Commercial Team with project support.
- Utilize analysis software to optimize buildings for energy efficiency, occupant health, and sustainability.
- Create simulations with shades, including daylight optimization, thermal & energy modeling, occupant comfort, site & urban radiation, green certification compliance, and carbon tracking.
- Assist in training architectural engineers to optimize and analyze buildings using simulation software.
Requirements
- Pursuing a 4-year degree, preferably at the Sophomore/Junior level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and attention to detail).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
