About the Role
Drive adoption of the automation platform across every function, including data center delivery, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and operations. Run rollout, onboarding, and training programs to transition teams to using the tools. Identify adoption challenges and build solutions, such as frontend interfaces, dashboards, or workflow UIs. Measure adoption metrics and provide feedback to product teams for roadmap development. Own the enablement program for multiple teams, from initial pilots to company-wide adoption.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of the automation platform across every function.
- Run the rollout, onboarding, and training programs.
- Sit with delivery, procurement, and finance teams to find adoption sticking points and build fixes.
- Measure adoption surface by surface and feed usage data back to product teams.
- Own the enablement program across dozens of teams.
Requirements
- Experience running adoption, rollout, or change programs where new workflows were successfully implemented and sustained.
- Ability to build frontend surfaces using technologies like React and TypeScript.
- Daily prototyping with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, LLM APIs, and MCP.
- Proven ability to gain credibility with both non-technical operators and platform engineers.
- Skill in observing user workflows, identifying pain points, and implementing rapid fixes.
- Proactive in identifying and owning unassigned problems through to adoption.
- Focus on measuring success by usage rather than launches.
- Experience with internal platform or developer enablement programs is a plus.
- Experience with design systems or UI prototyping is a plus.
- Experience with training or documentation programs at scale is a plus.
- Experience with analytics tooling for adoption measurement is a plus.
