About the Role
Vialto is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to help companies and employees navigate global mobility, minimize risks, and create smooth, compliant experiences. Be part of a global network of 6,500+ experts in 150+ countries and make international work safer, easier, and worry-free.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of tax returns for globally mobile employees
- Providing tax advice on assignment structures and double tax treaties
- Analyzing compensation and payroll data to calculate tax liabilities
- Advising employees on international tax obligations and tax equalization policies
- Proactive communication with clients, regular updates, and ensuring high service quality
- Supporting the financial management of engagements (e.g. invoicing)
- Identifying optimization opportunities and new business prospects within the existing client base
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in International Tax / Global Mobility
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong client orientation, analytical skills, and the ability to clearly explain complex issues
- Team spirit and a willingness to think and work globally
