About the Role
As a Car Detailer, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior of all incoming vehicles, ensuring each car meets Clutch’s quality standards before entering reconditioning or sales. You will help keep vehicles in showroom condition, while collaborating with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Pressure wash and shampoo the exterior of vehicles
- Steam, extract, and vacuum the interior of vehicles
- Polish swirl marks and scratches
- Dress tires and maintain exterior finishes
- Proactively monitor and maintain detailing supplies and tools
- Continuously help improve detailing processes
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Interest in the automotive industry
- Willingness to learn and develop skills as an automotive detailer
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Team player above all else
- Valid G2 or G driver’s license (clean driver’s abstract)
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
- Previous automotive detailing experience
- Comfortable driving manual transmission
