About the Role
This position requires supervision of field staff, including Account Managers and Supervisors. You will be responsible for the planning, organization, and direction of a mixed portfolio of accounts to ensure services exceed each client’s expectations. You will effectively maintain existing client relationships while promoting growth of new business within the market.
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing client relationships through networking and high-level facility management.
- Maintain open communications with clients regarding services and contract management.
- Ensure understanding and adherence to Union agreements and employee handbook for serviced facilities.
- Review and oversee budgets, payrolls, cost projections, and supply control records while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams and Account Managers to facilitate successful facility operations.
- Develop and implement long-term solutions to address customer needs.
- Assist with training and coaching of staff in areas such as general cleaning, advanced floorcare techniques, and managerial skills.
- Ensure all customer and quality standards are met by touring buildings with supervisors and staff, reviewing cleanliness, and verifying contracted scope of work.
- Act as a spokesperson representing the company's interests and perform other duties as designated by management or deemed necessary by business conditions.
Requirements
- Full understanding of Union agreements and employee handbook and assure those agreements pertain to facilities we service.
