About the Role

You will be the first and last impression with our client’s customers. Providing a warm welcome, and delivering memorably excellent service, you will drive our company to new horizons.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve issues.
• Be outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ yrs old with Driver’s License for more than 2+ years.
• Energetic and outgoing.
• Able to stand, run, and carry items if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
• Experience with customer service.
• Experience working as a valet is an extra plus.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
