About the Role

The theatre maintenance person is responsible for performing minor repairs in all areas of the theatre, excluding those covered by the Technical Services Department. This role requires representing Regal in a manner consistent with its mission and policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs including minor carpentry, painting, and light changes.
• Repair auditorium seats.
• Perform tile work and sheet rock repair.
• Train theatre personnel on minor repair and maintenance procedures.
• Complete daily inspections reports.
• Perform other minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with management to secure qualified personnel for larger maintenance concerns.
• Arm, disarm, and operate the alarm system.
• Adhere to all safety and emergency procedures.
