About the Role

The Senior Manager, Systems & Collaboration Platforms Business Operations is the business-side operational owner for Enterprise Planning and Collaboration Platforms. This role supports platform operations, governance, business administration, user support, and operational readiness across the enterprise, partnering with various departments to ensure platforms align with business objectives and governance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute operational priorities for Enterprise Planning and Collaboration Platforms, ensuring day-to-day administration, performance, reliability, and user readiness.
  • Serve as the business-side owner for platform operations, collaborating with Regeneron-Digital & Technology on system administration, user access, incident resolution, and upgrades.
  • Manage business administration processes, including access approvals, user onboarding, issue intake, and request tracking.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and releases.
  • Establish and maintain operational standards, service processes, governance documentation, and knowledge articles.
  • Prepare decision records, impact assessments, and recommendations for governance forums.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure platform operations, governance, and business requirements align with enterprise standards.
  • Support governance and change-control processes by evaluating impacts and facilitating approved changes.
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics such as user satisfaction, issue resolution, and platform adoption.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve user experience, platform effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide operational guidance and support to functional SMEs, Change Agents, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational records, documentation, and knowledge repositories.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree and 8+ years in operational or enterprise planning, including experience facilitating cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise planning, portfolio management, project management, resource management, or collaboration platforms in a biopharma, R&D, or regulated business environment.
  • Experience with Planisware, Planview Advisor, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, or similar business operations and workflow platforms.
  • Experience developing or maintaining business-rule documentation, knowledge articles, UAT materials, operational SOPs, decision records, or governance documentation.
  • Experience supporting platform governance, change control boards, release management, access governance, template governance, or operational support models.
  • Familiarity with data stewardship, data governance, analytics/reporting, and enterprise glossary concepts is preferred.
  • Experience tracking adoption, user engagement, operational metrics, support trends, and service performance indicators.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across a complex matrix organization.
