About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior HR Business Partner to join our Global People Team and partner with senior leaders across our Corporate Functions. They’ll have the opportunity to influence strategic business decisions, lead people initiatives that drive performance and engagement, and support transformation across a dynamic international organisation. Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders across our Corporate Functions to shape and deliver people strategies that support business priorities and drive performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, talent, engagement, performance and employee relations.
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring colleagues and leaders are equipped for successful transformation.
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and develop leaders to strengthen capability, build high-performing teams and enhance the colleague experience.
  • Collaborate with specialist People teams, including Talent, Reward, Employee Relations and People Operations, to deliver effective and joined-up solutions.
  • Support key people processes such as performance and talent reviews, succession planning, reward cycles and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure people decisions are fair, consistent and aligned with company policy, governance and employment legislation.
  • Contribute to People projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, simplify processes and strengthen leadership capability.
  • Bring a commercial mindset, using business and people insights to influence decision making and deliver positive organisational outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally supporting corporate, professional or enabling functions within a complex organisation.
  • A strong understanding of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and performance.
  • Confident building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders, with the credibility to challenge constructively and drive positive outcomes.
  • Highly commercial and pragmatic, able to balance business priorities with colleague experience and risk management.
  • Strong coaching skills, with a passion for developing leaders and helping teams perform at their best.
  • Comfortable using people data and insights to identify trends, solve problems and inform decision making.
  • Able to operate with autonomy, sound judgement and discretion when managing sensitive and complex people matters.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • CIPD qualified, or able to demonstrate equivalent professional HR experience.
