About the Role
A Product Flow Manager leads back-of-house operations, managing the flow of product from receipt to placement and supporting the customer experience to create an engaging store environment.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects company values.
- Partners with the leadership team on creating an engaging visual experience.
- Drives engagement in each zone through elevated communication as manager-on-duty.
- Guides the team to prioritize customer experience and achieve store objectives.
- Delivers a seamless, multi-channel shopping experience through expertise in omni systems.
- Leads stock-to-sales processes, including shipment receiving.
- Oversees organizational standards in the back of house and exercises creative decision-making for efficiency.
- Facilitates sharing of relevant information regarding shipment, restock, and back-of-house organization.
- Demonstrates loss prevention awareness through assisting markdowns and transfers.
- Actively supports inventory prep and execution.
- Supports daily operating processes such as opening/closing, maintaining store standards, restocking, and facilities/IT issues.
- Assists in maintaining a visually compelling store.
- Collaborates with key partners to effectively lead the shipment process, including UPS/USPS deliveries and send sales.
- Maintains records for all receiving paperwork for store's inventory integrity.
- Leads product flow processes including shipment receipt, processing, security tagging, and preparing product for floor placement.
- Understands how the merchant process impacts business and prioritizes product flow accordingly.
- Adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, and reduction of product loss.
- Upholds all company policy and procedures to support store profitability.
- Engages employees at all levels to encourage open dialogue and ensure the store team is heard and supported.
- Communicates daily with the leadership team on supply needs, shipment flow, support needs, shipping damages, and box count discrepancies.
- Provides insights related to shipment trends and new receipts to Store Manager and Assistant Managers.
Requirements
- Love for the FP brand
- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
