About the Role

Mobile Associates (MA) are brand ambassadors who bring the T-Mobile brand to life by building excitement around products and services. This learning role prepares associates for the Mobile Expert position by developing skills and proficiencies through training and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve and sell to customers, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
  • Assist customers by understanding their needs and demonstrating products.
  • Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion.
  • Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and plan benefits.
  • Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, skills, processes, and systems.
  • Seek out information between customers to learn about wireless and technology innovations.
  • Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Identify and handoff small business leads.
  • Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
  • Passionate customer advocate with a desire to be yourself.
  • Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas.
  • Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives
