About the Role
LINQ is seeking motivated, confident, and customer-focused Retail Brand Ambassadors to join our growing field sales team. This is an active, customer-facing sales position where you will represent leading financial brands by proactively approaching customers, explaining financial products, and helping them identify solutions. Ongoing training, coaching, and leadership support are provided.
Responsibilities
- Proactively approach and engage customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer interests, goals, and financial needs.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, eligibility requirements, and rewards.
- Demonstrate how available products may provide value and fit different customer lifestyles.
- Work toward individual and team sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Work at assigned retail stores, malls, events, and community activations throughout London and surrounding areas.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and product knowledge sessions.
- Accurately track customer interactions, applications, and sales activity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred, including retail, hospitality, promotions, fundraising, or direct sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence approaching and speaking with customers.
- A professional, outgoing, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a field sales team.
- Goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Ability to travel to assigned retail locations and events within London and surrounding areas.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Conditional offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a background check.
