About the Role
Serve as the first point of contact for pet owners needing emergent care, assessing and prioritizing cases to ensure timely and appropriate treatment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments of pets presenting with urgent or emergency needs, determining the level of care required.
- Work closely with veterinarians and other medical staff to prioritize treatments and coordinate care based on urgency.
- Provide clear and compassionate communication with pet owners, explaining treatment plans and keeping them informed of their pet’s condition.
