About the Role
Provide expert support and guidance across the EMEA Family Care Programme, managing complex parenting leave cases and ensuring a positive employee experience. Partner with HR teams and stakeholders globally to deliver high-quality case management and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support across the EMEA Family Care Programme.
- Manage complex parenting leave cases and policy queries across multiple countries.
- Ensure accurate case management, compliance, and timely resolution of escalations.
- Partner with HR and key stakeholders to support employees and improve the programme.
- Maintain EMEA resources, support projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues while delivering an excellent employee experience.
Requirements
- EMEA HR advisory experience, including complex and sensitive case management.
- Knowledge of EMEA leave policies and multi-country HR processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD Level 5 (or a relevant degree).
- Experience supporting EMEA-wide projects (Desirable).
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach (Desirable).
